Each and every one made me feel so welcome and a part of their 'family '. The staff are always there for each other, giving that bit of extra help or encouragement whenever needed. Nobody minded if I was a few minutes late with my rotas to begin with as they knew I was still learning my way around the areas. I can honestly say that I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.
